Use 'Split into subproject' function

When you hand over a report with multiple subprojects, you'll often want each subproject to be its own chapter so you can navigate directly to what's relevant. 

How to create a section

1. Go to your project
2. Click "Generate reports"
3. Choose "Report Templates" and click "Edit Template" on the template you want to change
4. Click the "Split by Subproject" button
5. A grey section appears at the bottom of the section list
6. Give the section a name on the right — e.g. "Inspection Sections". The name appears in the table of contents
7. Drag the sections you want to split into the grey area (e.g. "Receiving Inspection", "Execution Inspection", "Final Inspection")
8. Click Save and print as you normally would

Your report now displays with one chapter per subproject, and the table of contents follows the new structure.

Which sections can be split

Can be split: Registration, Custom Text, Inspection Plan, Inspection Forms, Inspection Plan Status.

Cannot be split (they belong at the report level): Cover Page, Table of Contents, Project Information, Project Organisation, Company Organisation, Subcontractor, Include Documents, Include Drawings, Building Element Card, About Inspectly.
