Search function in Flow

Purpose: Quickly find messages, posts, channels, and project spaces across all of Flow.

Step-by-step:

1. Open Flow in the Inspectly app

2. Tap the search field at the top of the screen (visible in all tabs)

3. Enter your search term (e.g. “safety”, “drawing”, “meeting”)

4. View results grouped into categories:

   • Matching channels

   • Matching posts

   • Matching messages

   • Matching projects

5. Tap a result to go directly to the message/channel/post

Tips: The search looks through both titles and message content, so you can search for anything that has been written.
