Create and delete project folders

This article explains how to create and delete project folders.

Create a project folder

Your projects ➜ Select project overview ➜ Hover over "Create" ➜ Select Project folder ➜ Name the folder ➜  Associate with selected projects ➜ Click on "Create folder"

Name the folder, select the projects to include in the folder, and finish by clicking "Create folder".

Note: You can create a new project folder within an already existing folder.

Edit a project folder

Your projects ➜ Select project overview ➜ Click on the blue pencil

Here, you have the option to edit the master data of the project folder, as well as to add or remove projects from the folder. It is not possible to add or remove inactive projects from folders.

If you remove the check mark next to a project under “Project Relations,” the project will appear at the top level of the project overview.

Delete a project folder

Your projects ➜ Select project overview ➜ Check the box next to the project folder you want to delete ➜ Select action ➜ Click "Delete selected" ➜ Type "Delete" ➜ Click "Delete"
