Inspectly now offers user groups for subcontractors - almost just like the user groups for internal users!
User groups provide greater control over what users can see and do in the app - and what they should be shielded from. Whether your goal is to keep the app as clean and straightforward as possible for users, or to ensure that no incorrect registration types are created, user groups make this easier.
Creating user groups for subcontractors doesnβt require a license. However, a subcontractor user can only be assigned to a custom user group once they have been granted a license, as itβs in this combination that the feature is most useful.

For example, select settings so that a subcontractor user with a Digital QA license does not have access to the Photo Documentation module, helping to prevent incorrect registrations. Additionally, choose which types of checklists are relevant for the user and whether they should be allowed to create and view all records or only their own:
