Add a checklist to a project
Your projects ➜ Checklists ➜ Settings; Checklists ➜ Add checklists ➜ Check the boxes next to the checklists to be added ➜ Click "Add selected"
Check the boxes next to the checklist you wish to add to the project and click "Add selected":
If you have many checklists, it may be helpful to use our search field or filter to sort the list of checklists. You can search by free text or filter by checklist folders, checklist types, and profession:

Add a checklist to a subproject
NOTE! We always recommend that when the project is first created, all necessary checklists are attached directly to the main project. This ensures that they are also available in all subprojects, rather than adding the checklists directly to individual subprojects. Afterward, specific checklists can be removed from particular subprojects as needed.
Your projects ➜ checklists➜ Settings; Checklists ➜ Select subproject (choose the subproject you want to add the checklist to) ➜ Add checklists ➜ Check the boxes for the checklists to be added ➜ Click "Add selected"
NOTE! When checklists are added to individual subprojects, they will be marked with a folder icon, indicating that this subproject differs from the checklist list and other individual subprojects. If you click on the individual subprojects, an orange bar will appear to indicate that there are changes in the checklist list. This means that the specific subproject deviates from the rest of the project.

Your projects ➜ Select project ➜ Checklists ➜ Settings; Checklists ➜ Click the pencil icon next to the checklist you want to edit ➜ Customize and Save

Your projects ➜ Select project ➜ Checklists ➜ Settings; Checklists ➜ Check the boxes for the checklists you want to remove ➜ Select action ➜ Remove from project ➜ Read the dialog box and type: "Remove selected" ➜ Remove

Your projects ➜ Select project ➜ Checklists ➜ Settings; Checklists ➜ Select subproject (choose the subproject you want to remove the checklist from) ➜ Check the boxes for the checklists you want to remove ➜ Select action ➜ Remove from project ➜ Read the dialog box and type: "Remove selected" ➜ Remove
