Manage checklist folders

Global ➜ Digital QA ➜ Checklists ➜ Manage ➜ Checklist folders

It is possible to create checklist folders and thereby categorize your checklists in groups beyond just checklist types. For example, you can have a folder for all checklists related to electrical work, plumbing, or flooring.

In the example below, we have created a checklist folder named "Flooring." Additionally, we have two subfolders, so the flooring checklists are further categorized into "Wood Flooring" and "Wet Rooms."

In the folders, there can be checklists from various different checklist types. For example, there can be both Goods receipt inspection, process Inspection, and Final Inspection of wood floors. A checklist can also be added to more than one folder if relevant. For instance, a general "Good receipt inspection" checklist could be included in all checklist folders.

 

 

Sort Global checklists

Global ➜ Digital QA ➜ Checklists ➜ Click on the Checklist folders filter ➜ Select the checklist folder from which you wish to view the associated checklists:

Only the checklists that are included in the selected checklist folders will be displayed. 

Add checklists from a checklist folder to a specific project

If you have organized your checklists into different checklist folders and created various folders that contain all relevant checklists for a given task, work area, or control requirement, it becomes very easy to add the correct checklists to your projects.

When you need to add checklists to the project, you can, just like when sorting Global checklists , choose to display only checklists from specific checklist folders and then select all relevant checklists with one click:
