This article explains how to find and respond to Knowledge Alerts in the Inspectly app.

Read and approve your Knowledge Alerts

1. Tap on the three horizontal lines.

2. Tap "Documents" to access your overview of received Knowledge Alerts.

3. You are now on the overview of shared documents. Tap "Pending Approval" to view your Knowledge Alerts for approval.

4. You can now see your Knowledge Alerts regarding the documents that need to be read and approved. Tap on the Knowledge Alert you want to read.

5. You can now read and approve the sent file.

6. Once you have read and approved the file, you can see your "approved files" under the "Approved" tab.
