The address book is a list of internal users in your company's Inspectly and their associated contact details, making it easy for you to find and contact a colleague when you need to.

For example, it could be:

• A project manager on another project
• A health and safety representative
• A colleague for professional collaboration

How to find and use the address book:

Press the three horizontal lines at the bottom left of the toolbar/menu and select "Address Book":

In the image to the left below, you can see the Address Book in the app, which contains a list of internal employees in alphabetical order. At the top, it is possible to both search and filter the list.

When you click on a user, their profile with information such as name, user type, professional groups, and company name will be displayed. Additionally, there are three shortcut buttons to send an email, an SMS, or call the person directly, provided that the email and phone number are listed for the user.
