NOTE! The draft function is temporarily deactivated!
In this article you will find:
What is the draft function in the app?
The draft function in our app ensures that all ongoing entries are continuously saved in the background. This means that even in the event of unexpected incidents like crashes or unexpected app closures, your data will be safely stored. Therefore, you don't have to worry about your work in the app if your supervisor calls in the middle of a form response or an inspection, if your phone runs out of battery, or if you leave the app for an extended period for any other reason.
This function works for all types of entries and also accounts for tasks created as part of a form response.
Note: Remember that the draft function is a safety measure and should not be actively used as a "save tool." For instance, if you need to interrupt/save a form response intentionally and complete it later, you should continue to use the "Save as partial response" option.
How to tell that the draft function is actively working
Every 5 seconds, a loading circle appears, indicating that the draft is being saved/updated in the background, and a checkmark shows that the draft has been saved:
Where can I find my drafts?
In most cases, a page with your draft will automatically appear when you reopen the app after an interruption. Otherwise, you can find them in the menu at the bottom left (the three lines) and select "Drafts":
