In this article, we will show you where to find the bulletin board in the app, how to create, edit, and delete a post, as well as additional features available on the bulletin board in the app.
In this article, you will find:
Create a new post
Note! This requires specific User Group permissions but no license.
1. Press the Pushpin icon - this is the shortcut to the Bulletin board in the app.
2. Press the "Plus" button to create a new post.
You now need to fill in your post.
Below, we will go through the fields and options available in your post before it is completed:
1. Title: A headline for your post
2. Text: This field is mandatory and is where you write the actual post – the information you want to share with the users.
3. Add an image: Here you can add an image to your post (max size: 2 MB).
4. Recipients: Here you can choose who will be able to see your post – the options are:
- Entire organization: Select this if you want all internal users in the company to be able to see the post.
- Selected ➜ Departments / Projects: Select this if you want only specific departments and/or projects to be able to see the post.
- External organizations: This is an optional setting you can choose if you want external organizations to also see the post – it is not possible to select only external organizations.
5. Save: Press the large blue button with the checkmark to save and complete your post.
Note! Comment field: You can also enable a comment field for your post by checking the box next to "Enable comments for your post." Please note that this feature can only be activated and used by users with a Knowledge & Communication license.
Edit or delete a post
Note! This requires specific User Group permissions but no license.
1. If you want to edit or delete a post, tap the three dots on the post.
2. Then choose between "Delete post" or "Edit post."
Translate a post
Note! This feature requires a Knowledge & Communication license.
It is possible to translate the text in posts on the bulletin board – both in the overview and within the post itself.
Tap the translation icon ➜ Select language ➜ The posts and any comments will now be translated.
It is also possible to have posts read aloud in any language.

Comment field
Note! This feature requires a Knowledge & Communication license.
If comments are enabled for the post, you will be able to use a comment field where you can write your own comments on the post and read others' comments.
Post statistics
Note! This feature requires a Knowledge & Communication license. If you did not create the post yourself, it also requires User Group permissions.
By using the statistics feature, you can get an overview of how many users have read the post, send a reminder about the post, see who received it, and specifically who has read it.
Open a post and tap the statistics icon:
