The Product Catalogue is a tool where you can create, price, and keep track of the products you and your colleagues use every day. For example, if you always use the same nails, beams, nuts, etc., you can add each product to the catalog. When you use them in the field, you can indicate how many nails, for example, you have used while completing your regular Digital QA.

Choose products and amount in a QA checklist
In a Digital QA checklist, you can create a question where you can enter a product and/or the quantity of the product used.
If you would like to learn more about creating a QA checklist, you can find more information here: Create and edit a QA checklist
When you are in the QA checklist and want to insert the aforementioned question about products, you have two options:
- Select product and quantity.
The user must choose which product was used and the quantity of the product used. It is not necessary to select a product group where it says "None selected," but a product group can be chosen if you want to make it specific to only one group. - Select product
The user must specify which product was used. It is not necessary to select a product group where it says "None selected," but a product group can be chosen if you want to make it specific to only one group.
