In this article, you will find:
Upload project-specific files
Your Projects ➜ Select Project ➜ Click on "Files" ➜ Select the folder to which the file should be uploaded ➜ Click on "Upload File"
Select the file to be uploaded ➜ Specify "Revision Number" ➜ Click on "Upload"
Your project-specific file is now uploaded to the desired project folder.
Settings for project-specific folders and files
In this section, we will review the settings available for your project-specific folders and how to upload a revision of a project-specific file.
Edit project-specific folder for files
Your Projects ➜ Select Project ➜ Click on "Files" ➜ Click on the "three dots" to the right of the desired folder ➜ Click on "Edit"
The image shows the three main categories of settings for your folders:
- Master Data
- Internal Access
- External Access
These are used and function in the same way as for global files.

Upload a revision of a file
Your Projects ➜ Select Project ➜ Click on "Files" ➜ Select a folder ➜ Click on the project-specific file
Click on "Revisions" ➜ Select the project-specific file to be uploaded ➜ Enter a revision number ➜ Finish by clicking "Save"
Your new revision of your project-specific file is now available.
Note: The latest version of your file will always be the one available.
