Operations and Maintenance, is a manual/report that the contractor must submit in connection with the handover of a building. These manuals describe how a building should be maintained after handover to ensure that the warranty is upheld.

Building Component List:
A building component list describes a building component, includes a link to the manual, details where the component is used in the construction, and outlines the requirements to maintain the warranty.
You can create your general building component lists, which you can then associate with individual projects. It is possible to customize the building component list for each project.
Global ➜ Handover ➜ Create New ➜ Fill in the Fields ➜ Create
You must now complete the following:
Master data: Here you can fill in the Title and Description for the building component card.
Extra fields: Add extra fields.
Maintenance manuals: Upload various PDF files.
Add operations and maintenance to a project
Select the relevant project ➜ Handover ➜ Create new (here you create a completely new one) or Add from library (here you add the building component cards created at the global level).
Add from library➜ Select the building component lists you want to associate with the project ➜ Add
