General Information about ProjectWeb

ProjectWeb is a separate website from Inspectly that you can give access to your customers, advisors, builders, etc. Here, they can follow the project's development, view drawings, read and share documents, and print reports.

Here is an example of what ProjectWeb could look like for an external organization or subcontractor.

Login on ProjectWeb

The first thing you encounter when accessing ProjectWeb is the login page:

Here, you need to use the provided username and password to access the site.

Additionally, you can personalize the login page with the company logo.

ProjectWeb - The Front Page

After logging into ProjectWeb, the first thing you encounter is the front page where you get an overview of the functions and options available on ProjectWeb.

On the front page, you can see the following features you can access on ProjectWeb:

• Your Projects
• Global Files
• Reports

Below, the guide will describe each feature and what they contain.

ProjectWeb - Your Projects

If you want an overview of the projects you are associated with, you should click on 'Your Projects'.

You will then get a list of the projects you can access.

Here, you need to click on the project you want to get an overview of.

Once you have clicked on the selected project, you will have access to the project front page. The front page contains a lot of relevant information about the project. The image below is an example of what a project front page might look like.

On the left side of the page, you get an overview of the functions that are activated for the project. Here is an overview of the functions:

• Project Modules
• Knowledge and Communication
• Basic

Note! The available functions in ProjectWeb may vary from account to account.

Project Modules

Project modules cover the types of registrations that are active in the project. In this example, the registration types are: Photo Documentation, Checklists, Tasks, Change order, and Punch List.

For example, if you choose to click on "Checklist" you will be taken to a page where you can see all registrations associated with the Checklist project module.

For each Project Module, you have the following options:

• Search for completed registrations on the project
• Browse a list of registrations on the project
• Filter completed registrations on the project

Note! Each project module has a similar setup.

Knowledge and Communication

When using Inspectly's Knowledge and Communication module, it will be possible to see all the global files that have been uploaded to the specific Inspectly account.

Here, you can access folders with relevant documents and files for the work that needs to be done. Additionally, it is also possible to upload files to the global folders.

Basis

Basic refers to your ability to access project-specific files and drawings. This means that only the files and drawings associated with the specific project you are working on are available.

Files

Just like with the global files, you can view the files that have been uploaded here. Additionally, you can upload project-specific files and download desired files.

Note! If you want to upload files yourself, your Inspectly administrator must grant you access to upload files.

Drawings

Similar to files, in the Drawings function, you can view and download drawings. However, it is not possible to upload your own drawings.

Printouts

In ProjectWeb, you will see a symbol resembling a printer at the top right.

The symbol is called Printouts and is used to display all the registrations that have been downloaded from ProjectWeb.

This function is especially useful if, for example, you want to compile all Checklist printouts into PDF format to keep track of the work done.

Account Settings

Account Settings is the small symbol to the right of Prints and involves simple functions for your ProjectWeb account.

Here, you can change the language in ProjectWeb and log out. Additionally, you can see which Inspectly account your ProjectWeb profile is associated with.
