Upload project-specific files from ProjectWeb
Log in to ProjectWeb
Click on "Your Projects" ➜ Select a project
Click on "Files" ➜ Select a folder ➜ Click on "Upload File"
Select the file to be uploaded ➜ Finish by clicking "Upload".
After uploading the desired files to the selected folder, you will now be able to see the files that have been uploaded.
Upload global files from ProjectWeb
Log in to ProjectWeb
Click on "Global Files" under Knowledge and Communication
Select the folder where you want to upload a file ➜ Click on "Upload File"
Select the file to be uploaded ➜ Finish by clicking "Upload"
Your file is now uploaded and available in the selected folder. The uploaded file will also be accessible on the Inspectly administration page.
Difference between folders in ProjectWeb
You can see which folders you have access to upload files in based on the symbol displayed on each folder:
If there is an "Arrow symbol" on the folder, it means that an administrator has made the folder available for upload in ProjectWeb.
If there is no symbol on the folder, it means you cannot upload files to that folder. In this case, you need to contact an administrator to get permission to upload files to the desired folder.
