Planned controls allow you to plan where and when your inspections should be carried out. You can use your blueprints to plan the locations of your controls. Planned controls provide an overview of which controls are planned, completed, or overdue. This article will explain how to access and respond to a planned control in the app.
In this article, you will find:
Answer and complete planned controls
1. Select the project where the control will be carried out
2. Select a subproject (if one has been created for the project), otherwise "Tap here to go to registrations"
3. Select the desired checklist type, for example, Final inspection. For planned controls, the checklist type will have an orange symbol as shown in the picture
4. Select the checklist with the orange symbol to access the planned controls
5. Tap on "Show predefined checkpoints"
6. Tap on the blueprint
7. Tap on the orange dot on the blueprint that you wish to complete the control for
Note: There may be multiple orange dots if there are several planned controls on the blueprint.
You can now complete the checklist associated with the planned control.
Fill out the checklist and press save. The planned control point will then disappear from the project overview once the response is completed.
