This article reviews the account specific report settings for your reports that you can modify.

Report settings
Select account ➜ Click on "Reports" ➜ Choose "Settings"
We will now go through the different types of settings you can adjust:
General settings
Here you can change the settings for the footer in your report.
Note: If you have previously filled in "Company details," you can easily copy the information into your footer by clicking "Copy from company details."
Map settings
Here you can change how much your map should be zoomed in on your reports.
Single print settings
Here you can change the settings for printing individual registrations. For example, you can change the number of photos per row, adjust the size of the floor plan in your print, or display PDF files in your print.
Language settings
Here you can choose from a selection of languages such as Danish, English, German, and more.
Header settings
Here you can add the information that should appear in the header of the report.
Colour settings
Here you can change the individual colors that appear in your reports within categories such as:
- Color of table borders
- Background color of checklist sections
- Color of drawing markings in reports, etc.
Global merge fields
Here you can create and name merge fields that can be merged into your reports. These merge fields are global, and can be used on report templates across projects. Once you have created and named your merge fields, you access them via 'Project settings' under 'Master data', where you can fill in the fields.
