In this article, we will go over how you can see which emails have been sent, and whether an email has been received and read.
In this article, you will find:
Access Emails
Select Account ➜ Press Emails
Here is an overview of the following:
- Status at sender: Here you can see whether a desired email has been sent.
- Subject: Here you can see what a specific email is about.
- Recipient: Here you can see the recipient's email address.
- Sent: Here you can see the specific time when an email was sent.
- Status at recipient: Here you can see if the recipient has received, read, or rejected the email, etc.
Search for sent emails
Select Account ➜ Tap on Emails ➜ Enter recipient's email
Filter emails by date
Select Account ➜ Tap on Emails ➜ Tap on Date to the right of Search for Email
You can now select the time range in which you want to view emails.
You will now only see emails for the time range you have selected.
