You can create and edit photo documentation registrations from your computer if you prefer to work with registrations at the office instead of using the app out in the field.

Create photo documentation
Your Projects ➜ Select a Project ➜ Photo Documentation ➜ Select Photo Documentation Type ➜ Create ➜ Select a profession group ➜ Fill in Registration Information ➜ Save
After you have clicked "Create" under Photo Documentation on a project, you will be prompted to select the profession group to be assigned to the registration. You can choose by clicking on a profession group directly in the list or search for the desired profession group using the search box:
Now fill in your Photo documentation registration with e.g. location, mark on drawing, documents, notes etc. and remember to press "Save":
Edit or print photo documentation
Your projects ➜ Choose a project ➜ Photo documentation ➜ Select photo documentation type ➜ Tap the registration you want to edit.
Your registration will first open in preview mode on the right side of the screen, from which you now have two options - "Open" and "Download as PDF":
1. Open (edit):
If you want to edit the registration, click "Open." This will take you to the actual registration, where you can add, change, and delete information.
You will be able to see and access 3 or 4 tabs at the top of the page:
- Overview / Media: Here you have the option to add or delete images, a note, and captions, as well as move or delete the entry entirely.

Location: Select a geographic location in Google Maps where the registration was created.
- Note: This is initially automatically generated based on the device's location at the time the registration was made, provided that location permissions were enabled on the device!
- Floor Plan: Mark the location on a floor plan, delete markings, or select a new floor plan.

Map Drawing: Image with marking from Google Maps, created by the user in the app - this cannot be edited or deleted afterwards.
- Note: The "Map Drawing" tab is only displayed if the "Mark on map" setting is enabled for the photo documentation type.
2. Download as PDF
If you wish to print the registration, press "Download as PDF". This will generate a PDF version of the registration, which you can download from "Your latest printouts" at the top of the admin page.
When the print is ready, a red notification dot will appear on the printer icon ("Your latest printouts"). Click on the printer icon and then on the registration/report you wish to download.
