It is possible to be registered as a subcontractor in Inspectly. The subcontractor receives external access, app access, with the possibility of also being assigned licenses.
There is no limit to the number of subcontractors that can be created. It is free to create users for subcontractors, but if they are assigned licenses, the license fee applies.

Create a Subcontractor
To create a subcontractor, you must first create a company for the subcontractor.
Account ➜ Users ➜ Subcontractor ➜ Click on "Create a subcontractor" ➜ Choose a profession ➜ Fill in company information ➜ Click "Save"
After creating a company for the subcontractor and clicking save, you will return to the overview, where you can see all your subcontractors with their respective contact persons.
The companies listed in the blue bar are subcontractors, and the individuals below them are the associated contacts/users.
When creating a subcontractor, it’s also possible to add one or more contacts from the company who can access the Inspectly app and/or ProjectWeb. These contacts can also be added later, which we’ll cover in the next section.

Create and Edit Subcontractors from a Project
Your Projects ➜ Select Project ➜ Project Organization ➜ Subcontractor
You now have two options:
- Add one or more existing subcontractors ➜ You can now add an existing subcontractor to the project
- Create subcontractor ➜ You start by creating a new subcontractor, which you then directly add to the project
A subcontractor is a group that can only log in via the app and make registrations according to the license assigned to the contact persons.
What a subcontractor can do:
- Log in via the app
- Make registrations according to the type of license they are assigned
- Log in to ProjectWeb - here they only have read access and cannot make registrations.
Tip: If you want a subcontractor to be able to make registrations both on the app and on the computer, you can create them as an internal user.
