Perform inspections on a project
Projects (project overview in the app) ➜ Select project ➜ Select the "Overview" tab ➜ Select inspections ➜ Tap on a piece of equipment ➜ Select "Perform inspection" ➜ Fill out the form ➜ Tap the checkmark ➜ Optionally, write a final comment ➜ Tap the checkmark
Select the project you want to perform the inspection on and go to the overview to find the inspection task:
You will now see an overview of the equipment that needs to be inspected as part of the overall inspection.
Note that there are two tabs - "Awaiting" and "Inspected" - so you can keep track of your progress.
In the "Awaiting" tab, click on the equipment you want to inspect and select "Inspect":
Proceed to the checklist that needs to be completed for the inspection, fill it out, and tap the checkmark.
You will now arrive on a page where you can write a general comment about the inspection of this equipment. Then tap the checkmark again to confirm and save the inspection of the individual equipment:
Complete the entire inspection
Projects (project overview in the app) ➜ Select project ➜ Select the "Overview" tab ➜ Select inspections ➜ Select the "Inspected" tab ➜ Tap the checkmark ➜ Select "Complete inspection" ➜ Confirm with "Yes"
When you have inspected all the equipment in the inspection task, go to the "Inspected" tab and tap the checkmark. Select "Complete inspection" and then confirm your choice in the small pop-up box.
The entire inspection is now complete and a comprehensive inspection report is automatically sent by email to the following individuals:
- The user who created the inspection task
- The user who performed and completed the inspection
- Observers associated with the inspection
- The customer, if they are correctly registered and linked in Inspectly ➜ Read more here: Create a Service Customer for Inspection
Overview of all inspection tasks
My work ➜ Tap the filter icon ➜ Tap "Types" ➜ Select "Inspection" ➜ Return to the overview
You can get a comprehensive overview of all your inspection tasks across multiple projects by going to the "My work" tab instead of "Projects."
Use the filters (the three horizontal lines) to manage what you want to see, such as only showing Inspections. This makes it easier to get an overview if you also have other types of tasks.
From here, you can access any inspection task and perform inspections in the same way as you would from a specific project.
