Description of user types
Administrator:
Administrators have access to the administration page and the app. An administrator has access to all information and the rights to edit account settings and configurations at the project, global, and account levels.
Project Manager:
A Project Manager has access to the administration page and the app. A Project Manager can view and edit assigned projects, including viewing, deleting, and editing records associated with the projects. The Project Manager can also create new projects.
Employee:
An Employee has access to the administration page and the app. The Employee has the rights to create records and view project information. Use this user type if the user should not be able to edit or delete elements such as project information and settings.
App user:
An App user has access only to the app. The user has the rights to create and view records that they are assigned to access.
Read only:
A user with Read only has access only to the administration page. The user can follow the projects they are associated with but cannot create records or edit the projects.
No access:
Create a user without access if you need the user to be registered as part of a project without granting them access to the system.
Changing a user's user type
If you want to change a user's type from, for example, Read only to Administrator, here is a guide on how to do it:
Account ➜ Users ➜ Internal ➜ Click the pencil icon next to the user you want to edit ➜ 2. User access; User Type ➜ Save
Click the pencil icon next to the user whose user type you want to change:
Once you have selected the user, choose the desired "User type" for the user.
