Create a new internal user
Account ➜ Users ➜ Internal ➜ Create ➜ User ➜ fill in the information ➜ Create User
In the creation, you must fill out the following:
1. User information
- First name*
- Last name*
- Username*
- Email*
- Phone number
- Company
- Position
- Profession
- User category
- *Mandatory to fill out

2. User access
- License - The license gives the user the right to view and make recordings in the modules: Photo Documentation, checklists, task and inspection
- User type - The usertype is crucial for whether the user can delete, create new projects, etc.
- User group - User groups are a feature that allows you to customize the functionality for different types os users
3. One-time password
You can see the one-time password that is sent to the user in the welcome email that is sent after you press "Create User".
4. Project affiliation
You can mark the projects that the user should be associated with and have access to.
Once you have filled out this information, and create user, you will receive a welcome email with your login details.
Edit existing users
Account ➜ Users ➜ Internal ➜ find the user you want to edit ➜ Click on the pencil
Deactive users
Account ➜ Users ➜ Internal ➜ find the user ➜ Click the blue botton to active and inactive the user
Create a user category
A user category is used to overview which users you have. For example, you can create a category called "Administrators".
