Create new checklist
Global ➜ Digital QA ➜ Checklist ➜ Manage ➜ Create checklist ➜ Fill out the information ➜ Save
When creating the checklist you are required to fill out the following points:
Checklist name
Give your checklist a name that is self-explanatory so that you can easily identify the checklist.
Checklist type
Choose a checklist type for the checklist to be associated with.
Profession
Choose the profession for the checklist to be visible too. If you choose, e.g. Carpenters, the checklist will only be accessible by those users with the carpentry profession
Projects
Select the project or projects on which the checklist can be used. You select a project by clicking on the project. If you want to associate more projects, select more projects by clicking on those projects.
Question text and answer types
To set up the custom checklist, you need to create:
The question text
Write the question for the users to answer while doing their job.
The answer type
The answer type is the options you have for answering the question that is asked.
The most commonly used answer types are explained below:

The "+" icon
Click the "+" icon to add more questions to your checklist.
Question settings
You can add additional settings for each question by clicking on the arrow.
A: Add the "Not relevant" answer option
Provides the ability to use "not relevant" as the answer to the question, and thereby making it possible to skip the question.
B: Allow multiple answers
If you use the answer type "lists" or "several answers", it's an option to select more than one answer.
C: Add comment field
Provides the ability to add comments to the question.
D: Mandatory comment
Make it mandatory to add a comment before the question can be answered.
E: Include a comment in printouts
Activate this to make the comment included in the print.
Edit previously created checklists
Global ➜ Digital QA ➜ Checklist➜ Click on the blue pencil
Copy a checklist
Highlight the checklist you want to copy ➜ Click "Select action" ➜ Copy
Quickly see the content of a checklist
Hover the mouse over "i", and the questions of the checklist will be displayed.
