Create a defect

1. Select the project you want to create a defect for.

2. Press here to go to registrations or Select subproject for registration and the subproject you want to create defects for. (If a subproject is created on your project)

3. Press the "Defects" module.

4. Create defect.

5. Select a defect list to create your defect. In this guide, a defect is created "Without a list."

6. Fill out the defect form with relevant information.

7. After filling out the defect form, press save.

8. Press "Save" to create the defect, or "Save and New" if you want to create more defects.

You can view your created defects in the defect overview. In the next section, we will go through how to respond to a defect in the app.

Respond to a defect

1. Select the project you want to respond to a defect for.

2. Select the subproject you want to respond to defects for. (If subprojects are active on your project)

3. Press the "Defects" module.

4. Press "Respond to Defect."

5. Press the defect you want to respond to.

6. Respond.

7. You can now mark the defect as "Completed" or "Rejected." You can also add a comment to the defect.

8. Your defect is now "Completed" and can be "Approved."

9. Press "Answer" to approve the defect.

10. Here you can write a comment on the defect and add a picture as documentation. Finish by pressing the blue checkmark to save.

The defect is now saved under "Approved" defects.
