When you generate an Insights report in Inspectly, you may end up with a report that looks like this:
Although the generated Insights report is useful and provides a clear overview of defects distributed across a list of building components, it may be convenient to save these Insights reports in an Excel sheet for future reference and sharing within your organization.
Therefore, Inspectly offers the option to export your Insights reports to Excel, allowing you to easily store your reports in one centralized location.

Global ➜ Insights Center ➜ Select report ➜ Continue ➜ Select building components list ➜ Continue ➜ Select projects ➜ Generate report ➜ Export to Excel

Here you can see the following:
- Project case number: The case number associated with your project.
- Project name: The name you have given your project.
- Building component: This shows the building components where defects have been noted.
- Number of defects: This displays the number of defects recorded for each of your building components.
