What is a report based on response trends in Checklists
Reports based on trends help project managers and quality managers to:
- Get an overview of how the quality of how your work is developing based on responses to specific questions in your Checklists.
- Identify patterns in responses, such as how often "Ok" or "Not OK" is selected for the inspection of building materials.
- Proactively make decisions to improve your processes.
For example, the report may reveal that the question "Are the received materials free of damage?" consistently receives the answer "Not OK." This could indicate a recurring issue with supplier quality or deficiencies in quality control upon receipt, which should be addressed to ensure the quality of your work.
Create a report based on responses in Checklists
Global ➜ Insights Center ➜ Select report: "Trend based on responses to a specific question" ➜ Continue ➜ Select Checklist and choose a question ➜ Continue ➜ Select one or more projects ➜ Generate report ➜ Export to Excel
When the report is generated, you will receive a graph displaying the distribution of responses over time, such as how many times "OK" and "Not OK" have been selected within a specific period. You can then export your report to Excel if desired.
This type of report makes it easy to understand patterns and trends, allowing you to take proactive action to improve the quality of your work.
