What is a report of registrations based on responses?
Reports of registrations distributed by response help project managers and quality managers to:
- Improve the quality of your work by examining your internal processes through users’ responses to specific questions in a Checklist.
- Narrow down your report to specific questions in a Checklist and select relevant responses for that purpose.
- Get an overview of the relationship between different questions and their responses in a checklist.
For example, you can filter questions related to the receiving inspection of materials and compare them with questions about the assembly quality of those same materials. If the report shows that materials received with damage also have a higher error rate during installation, it may indicate that a process needs to be optimized.
Create a report for registrations based on responses
Global ➜ Insights Center ➜ Select report: Registrations by Responses ➜ Continue ➜ Select Checklist➜ Continue ➜ Select one or more projects ➜ Filter and narrow content ➜ Generate report ➜ Export to Excel
Note: First, select the questions and corresponding answers you wish to examine. Then you can narrow down which other questions you want to include in the report to analyze the correlation between the answers to the selected questions.
When the report is generated, you will receive an overview showing the distribution of responses for selected questions associated with a specific checklist. You can clearly see how different responses are distributed, making it easy to identify patterns and correlations between various questions. The report can also be exported to Excel for further analysis.
