In this article, we will go through how to resend a Knowledge Alert to your receivers.

Resend Knowledge Alerts

Global ➜ Choose Knowledge Alerts ➜ Click on "Manage Alerts" ➜ Click on the desired Knowledge Alert ➜ Choose "Go to Details Page".

Once you have accessed the "Details Page" for the Knowledge Alert you wish to resend, press the "Resend alert" button.

You will now see the same page as when you create your Knowledge Alerts. Here, you can adjust which receivers will receive your resend Knowledge Alert and add additional Comments to your resend Knowledge Alert.

Once you have pressed "Resend", your selected Users will receive a new Knowledge Alert.
