Select receivers
You can choose from:
- My entire organization - Everyone who is registered as a user and has a K&C license will receive an alert that they need to acknowledge they have read the document.
- Selected groups and users - You can specify that certain professions and user groups need to acknowledge they have read the document. Alternatively, you can select specific users who need to acknowledge they have read the document.
Note! If there are "Users" you cannot find on the list, it might be because the "User" lacks a K&C license.
Add a comment to your Knowledge Alert
Write a comment that will be displayed before the document is acknowledged as read.
Add checklist to Knowledge Alert
If you want to check whether your users have understood the message in your Knowledge Alert, you can add a checklist where you can set up questions that your users need to answer after reading your Knowledge Alert.
Send Knowledge Alert
When your Knowledge Alert is ready, click on "Create" and your Knowledge Alert will be sent to the selected users.
