Manage Knowledge & Communication

This article explains how to enable a user to create and manage Knowledge Alerts using Inspectly's Knowledge and Communication module.

Manage Knowledge & Communication for your user groups

Account ➜ Users ➜ User Groups ➜ Click on the pencil icon



Click on "Rights" ➜ Scroll down to the "Knowledge & Communication" section
 


Check the box that says: "Users can create and manage Knowledge Alerts"



Click on "Save" to save the

Note! Be aware that users who need to use the "Knowledge & Communication" module must have a "Knowledge & Communication" License before they can create and manage "Knowledge Alerts".
