# The project checklist

In this article, we will walk you through how to use the project checklist.

### **The project checklist**

The project checklist is your personal guide to the key features for your project and an excellent support tool for your use of Inspectly.

You can always find the project checklist on the right side of your screen. The checklist includes the following items:

- Add checklists
- Set up a control plan
- Upload drawings
- Add external organizations
- Add sub-contractors
- Upload documents

When you click on one of the items, you will automatically be taken to the page where you can enter the information. For example, if you want to add an external organization, you can click on "Add external organizations," and you will be directed to the page where you can add or create an external organization for the project.

 

### **Minimize and complete items on the list**

You can minimize the list, remove the entire list, or remove individual items from the list.

1. **Minimize items:** If you want to minimize the list, click on the number that shows your progress in the setup. Clicking there will cause the checklist to collapse to the side of your screen until you click on it again.
2. **Remove items:** If you want to remove an item from the list, click on the small cross next to the item.
3. **View previous items:** If you want to see items you have previously completed, they can be found in the "Completed steps" tab. Clicking on the tab will show all the items you have previously filled out.

### **Remove the project checklist**

If you want to remove the "Project checklist" from the project, click on the text "Click here to close the checklist" at the bottom of the list.

Then you need to confirm your choice by clicking "Continue," and the checklist will be removed from the project you are working on.

The checklist is now permanently closed for the project.
