This article will explain how to access the statistics for your Knowledge Alerts.

 

Statistics for Knowledge Alerts

Global ➜ Click on Knowledge Alerts ➜ Select Manage Alerts ➜ Click on the desired Knowledge Alert ➜ Click on "Go to detail page".

On the detail page, you can find the following information:

 

Receiver statistics

Here you can see when and how many people have opened your Knowledge Alert

 

Overview of Knowledge Alert recipients

Which users have opened your Knowledge Alert, approved your Knowledge Alert, and are still pending approval of your Knowledge Alert.

 

Checklist response overview

Here you can see how many users have responded correctly to your checklist.

 

Statistics of resend

Here you can see how many times your Knowledge Alert has been resent.
