# SharePoint Integration er tilgængelig på projektniveau

Vi har udvidet vores SharePoint integration, så du nu kan synkronisere dine SharePoint-mapper direkte til projekters og skabelonsprojekters filmapper – ikke kun globale filer. Det betyder færre manuelle opdateringer, bedre struktur og mere tid til det vigtige arbejde. 

### Hvad kan du nu?

**Synkroniser SharePoint-mapper til specifikke projekter**

Hold projektfiler opdateret automatisk uden manuel upload. Når dit team opdaterer dokumenter i SharePoint, synkroniseres ændringerne automatisk til det relevante projekt i Inspectly.

**Brug skabelonsprojekter til standarddokumenter**

Synkroniser dine standarddokumenter til skabelonsprojekter, så de automatisk følger med når du opretter nye projekter. Perfekt til sikkerhedsvejledninger, kvalitetsmanualer, eller andre dokumenter der skal være tilgængelige på alle projekter fra dag ét.

**Projektledere kan selv opsætte synkronisering**

Ingen behov for administrator-rettigheder til projektspecifik synkronisering. Projektledere kan selv vælge hvilke SharePoint-mapper der skal synkroniseres til deres projekter.

SharePoint integrationen er et tilkøb til 499 kr./md. som aktiveres direkte i Marketplace på din Inspectly konto. Når integrationen er aktiv, kan administrator angive hvilke SharePoint-sites der må bruges til projektsynkronisering, og derefter kan projektledere selv opsætte synkronisering til deres projekter.
