Setting up ProjectWeb

This article provides an overview of how to use ProjectWeb.

Account ➜ ProjectWeb ➜ Link to ProjectWeb

The link to ProjectWeb will automatically include your company name at the end. However, you can choose what should appear after https://projektweb.inspectly.com/ , so that the link reflects your company’s branding.

An example could be: https://projectweb.inspectly.com/inspectlypreview

Remember to click “Save” at the bottom of the page if you have made changes to your ProjectWeb link.

Note! If you subsequently change the link again, the link in previously sent emails will no longer work. Therefore, we recommend that your ProjectWeb address is not changed multiple times.

Activate features on ProjectWeb

Account ➜ Click on ProjectWeb ➜ Select Enabled features ➜ Enable/disable features ➜ Click Save at the bottom left of the page

You can enable or disable the features that your ProjectWeb users should be able to see. For example, if you do not want ProjectWeb users to print, you can disable this option.

• Prints: This feature allows printing records from ProjectWeb.
• Drawings: This feature provides access to view drawings for projects they have access to.
• Project files (files): This feature provides access to view project-specific files (customizable).
• Global files: This feature allows viewing of global files (customizable).

Note! It is possible to restrict access to both Global files and project-specific files, so that only certain folders are accessible from ProjectWeb. This is done directly under the "Global Files" and "Files" menu items for each individual project.

Edit texts in ProjectWeb

Account ➜ Click on ProjectWeb ➜ Select Texts ➜ Enter the desired changes in the text fields ➜ Finish by clicking Save

The text you have changed will now appear as the page titles in bold.

Change colours in ProjectWeb

Account ➜ Click on ProjectWeb ➜ Select Colours ➜ Change the desired colours as needed ➜ Finish by clicking Save

The colours in ProjectWeb have now been changed.
