Planned controls (checkpoints)
Planned controls are inspections that are predetermined and scheduled in advance. You can manage all control points even before the project begins, and with Inspectly, it is possible to plan controls directly on drawings.
In a planned control, you can add a description to your control forms. The controls can then be viewed in the app by the executing personnel, allowing both them and administrators to track which registrations have been completed.
This can be done for each control form added to the project and by users who have access to view the control forms.
In this article, we will show you how to create planned checkpoints.
Create planned checkpoints
Projects ➜ Select a Project ➜ Checklists ➜ Click on "Control plan" ➜ Click on "Planned checkpoints"
You now have the option to create planned checkpoints on the desired drawing.
Select Project ➜ Select Drawing ➜ Click on "Drawing" ➜ Add "Location Text" ➜ Set a "Deadline" ➜ Click on "Save changes" ➜ Finish by clicking "Save".
Your planned checkpoints are now created and ready to be addressed.
Tip: You can add as many scheduled inspections to a drawing as you like.
Answer and complete planned checkpoints
Planned controls/checkpoints can only be answered and completed via the app, and not directly on the administration page.
