Mark inspection as completed from the administration page

Your projects ➜ Select project ➜ Inspection ➜ Registrations; Inspection ➜ Click on inspection ➜ Click "Open" in the preview ➜ Select action ➜ Select status ➜ Fill in data ➜ Click "Update"

 

Note! By marking an inspection as completed from the administration page, a service report will not automatically be sent to your service customer. Service reports are only sent to your service customer if you mark it as completed from the app.

 

 

When you have opened the inspection, it is beneficial to check if the checklists have been completed for all equipment that are part of the inspection task. You can check this in the "Equipment" tab:

 

If everything is in order and you wish to mark the inspection as completed, you can go to the "Overview" tab, click on "Select action," and then choose the status "Inspection completed":

 

Now you have the option to add a comment to the completed inspection, edit observers who should be notified, and upload any additional relevant documentation.

Click "Update" in the pop-up window and then remember to click "Save changes" at the bottom right:
