License overview

Licenses in Inspectly define what each user has access to. Please note that licenses and user types are independent of each other.

Below you can see what each user license provides access to:

 

 

Photo Documentation

Photo Documentation is the basic module. With this, you can easily take pictures, make notes, sketch, and simultaneously mark your location using floor plan markings.

The following features are included in the module:

• Floor plan markings
• Photos
• Notes
• Sketches
• Dictations

 

Digital QA (Checklists)

Digital QA allows you to ensure your quality assurance process is completed. You can easily create, edit, and record your quality assurance using checklists and the pre-defined questions they contain.

• Floor plan markings
• Photo
• Question validation
• Operation & Maintenance

 

Tasks

With the task license, managing your tasks is straightforward and clear. You can assign responsibility for task completion, either to a named user or one or more professions, set a deadline for when the task should be completed, and track progress through task statuses. This way, you remain in control of your task management.

Only those who need to assign tasks to others require the task license, as all other users can execute tasks without the license.

Inspection

With an inspection license, you can use the inspection module.

You can create records for your customers and their equipment, so when you are on-site, you can get an overview of the equipment they have and perform the inspection via the app.

Large

With a large license, you gain access to all following modules:

Knowledge & Communication

With a Knowledge & Communication license, you get everything needed to support internal communication within your company. This helps strengthen cohesion in an industry where there can be significant geographical distances between employees and significant distances from the office to the construction site.

The module is a comprehensive toolbox that provides you with tools to manage your documents, internal messages, and the company's work environment. It is also possible to register "Near Misses", even with just a Knowledge & Communication license.
