[Integrations](https://help.inspectly.com/en/integrations?hsLang=en#integrations) # Intempus integration Our Intempus integration is free to set up as long as you have an Inspectly account and are already using Intempus. ***NOTE!** When the integration is activated, all your active projects in Intempus will be copied into Inspectly. If you have already manually created the projects in Inspectly that you have in Intempus, there will be duplicates of the projects.*   #### **The integration with Intempus can be activated in two places:** - [Through Marketplace](https://help.inspectly.com/en/intempus-integration#create1) - [Through the Account tab](https://help.inspectly.com/en/intempus-integration#create2)   ### General information about the integration Only projects are synchronized, and the synchronization occurs as follows: - If a project is created in Inspectly, it is immediately created in Intempus. - If a project is created in Intempus, it will be loaded into Inspectly within 3 hours at the latest. - Older projects are retrieved from Intempus during integration.     ### **Activate integration with Intempus** #### **Through Marketplace** Marketplace ➜ All products ➜ Intempus ➜ Setup ➜ Enter username and password ➜ Click on "Save changes" ![](https://help.inspectly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/22911149125533.png?width=1375&height=907&name=22911149125533.png) ![](https://help.inspectly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/20746122220061.png?width=1211&height=705&name=20746122220061.png)   #### **Through the Account tab** Account ➜ Integrations ➜ Integrations ➜ Click on Intempus ➜ Enter Intempus login credentials ➜ Click on "Save changes" ![](https://help.inspectly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/20746122216221.png?width=1118&height=590&name=20746122216221.png) ![](https://help.inspectly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/20746122220061.png?width=1211&height=705&name=20746122220061.png)     ### **Integration settings** #### **Deactivate project upon completion in E-conomic or Intempus** Account ➜ Integrations ➜ Settings ➜ Enable or disable the setting ![](https://help.inspectly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/20746122221981.png?width=900&height=633&name=20746122221981.png) "Inactivate projects when marked as finished in e-conomic/Intempus " means that the statuses are synchronized, so when a project is completed in Intempus or E-conomic, it will automatically be deactivated in Inspectly - a form of archiving. **NOTE!
