This also means it will work offline as long as the file itself is available offline. The "Read Aloud" feature works on the bulletin board, Knowledge Alerts, and all PDF files located in Global Files or project-specific files within the app. We use Google Translate for translations, so we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. **Note:** A Knowledge & Communication license is required to use the "Read Aloud" feature.     ### **Have a post read aloud** 1\. Press on the Pushpin icon – this is the shortcut to the Bulletin Board in the app 2\. Press the speaker icon to have the post read aloud 4\. Learn how to find the files here: [Files/Documents in the App](https://19990300.hs-sites.com/en/files/documents-in-the-app) Once you have opened the file, follow these steps: 1\. Press the translation icon. 2\. Select the language you want the content read in. 3\.
