# Generate a report

In this article, we will go through how to generate a report.

### **Print your report**

Go to your project ➜ Click on "Generate reports ➜ Choose Print as PDF **➜** Click on the report type

#### **Select report content**

You can select the content to be included in your report.

 

**1. Select subprojects** ➜ Select subprojects to print

**2. Select period for registrations** ➜ Include all or choose a time period

**3. Set registration content for printing ➜** Specify the content of your registrations

**4. Include documents in he paragraph: Include documents ➜** Choose to include global and project-specific documents and files in your report.

**You can now generate your report:**

​Click on "Generate print" ➜ Your latest printout ➜ Download print

Your report will now be generated and will be saved under***Your Recent Printouts***
