Global files

All files

If you want an overview of all global files, you can follow these steps to get an overview:

1. Tap on the three horizontal lines
2. Tap on "Files"

  

 

Awaiting approval

In addition to the "All files" overview, there is a feature called "Awaiting approval." This function ensures that your users are aware of new documents and files that are uploaded.

1. Tap on the document that needs to be read and approved.
2. Read the document and finish by swiping to approve.
3. You can see your approved documents in the "Approved" tab.

Project-specific files

1. Select the project where you want to access files
2. Click on "About Project"
3. Click on "Files"
