E-conomic integration

Our e-conomic integration is free to set up as long as you have an Inspectly account and are already using e-conomic.

NOTE! When the integration is activated, all your active projects in e-conomic will be copied into Inspectly. If you have already manually created the projects in Inspectly that you have in e-conomic, there will be duplicates of the projects.

 

The integration with E-conomic can be activated in two places:

• Through Marketplace
• Through the Account tab

 

General information about the integration

Only projects are synchronized, and the synchronization occurs as follows:

• If a project is created in Inspectly, it is immediately created in E-conomic.
• If a project is created in E-conomic, it will be loaded into Inspectly within 3 hours at the latest.
• Older projects are retrieved from E-conomic during integration.

 

 

Activate integration with E-conomic

Through Marketplace

Marketplace ➜ All products ➜ E-conomic ➜ Setup ➜ Go to E-conomic and make sure you are logged in ➜ Go back to Inspectly ➜ Click "Tap to grant access" ➜ Grant Inspectly access to your E-conomic ➜ Click "Save changes" if necessary

 

Through the Account tab

Account ➜ Integrations ➜ Integrations ➜ Click on E-conomic ➜ Go to E-conomic and make sure you are logged in ➜ Go back to Inspectly ➜ Click on "Tap to grant access" ➜ Grant Inspectly access to your E-conomic ➜ Click "Save changes" if necessary

 

 

Integration settings

Deactivate project upon completion in E-conomic or Intempus

Account ➜ Integrations ➜ Settings ➜ Enable or disable the setting

"Inactivate projects when marked as finished in e-conomic/Intempus " means that the statuses are synchronized, so when a project is completed in Intempus or E-conomic, it will automatically be deactivated in Inspectly - a form of archiving.

NOTE! The project, registrations, documents, and everything else associated with the project will, of course, NOT be deleted.
