# Download media

In this article, we will go through how to download the photos and files you have uploaded to your registrations, such as in Photo Documentation or Digital QA, on a project.

### **Download media**

Your Projects ➜ Select a Project ➜Click on "Generate Reports" ➜ Choose "Download Media"

### **Select what you want to download**

**1. Select subprojects:** You need to choose which subprojects you want to download the media from. If you have multiple subprojects within a subproject, click on the small arrow next to the subproject. Then you can select the subprojects you want to download the media from.

**2. Select a period:** Once you have chosen which subprojects you want to download the media from, you now need to select the period from which the media should be. If you want all the media that has been uploaded to the subproject, check the box to the right of "Download all media."

**3. Select Content:** Finally, you need to choose which types of content the media should be from. For example, you can choose to download media only from "Photo Documentation" or "Digital QA." You can also download media for a specific prpfession such as "Carpenter" or "Plumbing."

**4. Download Media:** Once you have completed all three points, you can click on "Download Media" at the bottom right of the page, then you will start downloading a file with the media you want.
