Download and update the app

Note: To download our app, you need to use an Android or Apple device. However, we recommend not using Huawei phones and tablets, as Google Play may not function correctly with the app on certain Huawei models.

After installation, log in with your credentials, which consist of a Company ID, username, and password.

 

 

Update the app

You can check if you need to download an update for the app by looking for the "Update" button in the Google Play Store or App Store.

Note: On Apple devices, the "Update" button does not always appear in the overview. Read below to ensure you have the latest update for your Inspectly App.

 

 

Especially for Apple devices

On Apple devices, be aware that the option to update may not always appear in the search results overview. You need to tap on the app in the App Store to see the "Update" button.

If there is only an "Open" button in the overview, tap the app logo to go to the app page and check if there is an "Update" button.

 

 

Check your app version

You can check which version of the app you have in the app's settings:
