Edit and design the Tile-menu

In the designer, you have the following options:

• Appearance and Access
  Here you can design your Tile menu with the company's colors and logo, and choose which User groups should see the Tile-menu as the home page in the app.
• Shortcuts
  Here you select which menu items should be in the Tile menu - for example "Project List", "Global files" etc.
• Create Your Own Shortcut
  Here you can create your own shortcuts to, for example, YouTube videos or Word documents via links.

 

Appearance and Access

In this section, we will go through uploading a logo, setting background and icon colors, and access permissions.

 

Logo

Click on "Logo" under "Appearance and Access" ➜ Click on the upload icon ➜ Choose a file ➜ Click "Save"

 

Note: Accepted file formats: jpg, jpeg, png, gif
It is recommended to choose a file of type ".png" to prevent the logo from covering the background.

 

Background and Icon Color

Click on "Background and icon color" under "Appearance and Access" ➜ Select background color and icon color ➜ Click "Save"

Set the background color and icon color using the color pickers or by entering a Hex code in the corresponding fields. You can preview the colors on the "mobile" on the right side of the screen before clicking "Save."

The background color only affects the top part of the background.
The icon color applies to the icons on the various shortcuts visible in the Tile menu.

 

Access

Account ➜ App Settings ➜ Tile Menu ➜ Access ➜ Select User Groups from the drop-down menu ➜ Click "Save"

Here you choose which User Groups will be presented with the Tile menu as the home screen in the app.

 

Shortcuts

Here you can select and arrange which shortcuts/menu items you want to include in your Tile menu.

Click on a shortcut ➜ Enable/disable the shortcut ➜ Click "Save"

 

Press and hold the two lines next to a shortcut ➜ Drag the shortcut to the desired position and release ➜ Click "Save"

When you have finished selecting and arranging your shortcuts, remember to click "Save."

 

Create your own shortcut

You also have the option to create your own shortcut in the Tile menu, where you can use links to direct users to a specific website, document, or similar.

Click on "Add Shortcut" ➜ Give your shortcut a name ➜ Select an icon ➜ Insert the link the shortcut should lead to ➜ Click "Save"

You can see in the preview on the "mobile" to the right of the screen how your shortcut will look in the app.
