Remember to add a link as well as a title for the video.  If you want to learn more about "Global Files" and "Folders", you can click **[Here!](https://19990300.hs-sites.com/en/global-files)** #### **Select receivers** You can choose from: - **My entire organization** - Everyone who is registered as a user and has a K&C license will receive an alert that they need to acknowledge they have read the document. ![](https://help.inspectly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/20718762814493.png?width=582&height=235&name=20718762814493.png) - **Selected groups and users** - You can specify that certain professions and user groups need to acknowledge they have read the document.
