Create, edit and delete a Post

In this article, we will go through how to create a post on the bulletin board, as well as showing you how to edit and delete a post.

Create a post on the bulletin board

Click on the pushpin in the top right corner 

 

Click on "Create post"

 

 

Fill out your post with information

You will now go through three steps: "Write your post", "Upload image", and select "Receivers". Each step will be detailed in the article.

 

Write your post

Give your post an appropriate title, write a clear text and choose whether your users should be able to comment on the post. Afterwards click "Next" for the second step. 

 

Upload image

Here you can upload an image to your post. Afterwards click "Next" for the second step. 

Note! only one image can be uploaded and it can be a maximum of 2 MB. 

 

Choose Receivers

Select who should receive your post. You can choose the entire organization or specific users and professions. Additionally, you can send your post to external organizations.

Finish by clicking "Create".

 

The post is now created and can be viewed under "Bulletin Board".

 

 

Edit or delete a post

Click on the pushpin to access the bulletin board. 

 

Find the post you want to edit or delete ➜ Click on the three dots ➜ Click on edit or delete

Note! If you choose to delete a post, the changes are permanent.
