Create a Task

1. Go to the project where the task needs to be performed, and select a subproject if one has been created within the project

2. Click here to go to registrations

  

 

3. Click on the type of task you want to create

4. Create task type

  

 

5. Fill in the task and press save

The task is now created and ready to be responded to.

 

 

Respond to a Task

1. Go to the project where the task needs to be performed, and select a subproject if one has been created within the project

2. Click here to go to registrations

  

 

3. Click on the type of task you want to respond to

4. Respond to the task

  

 

5. Select the task you need to carry put

6. Answer

  

 

7. Comment, awaiting approval, or rejected

Comment: if you have comments about the task before it is responded to
Awaiting approval: if you want to carry out the task and send it for approval
Rejected: if you wish to reject the task

8. Fill in the comment, add any necessary documentation, and press save

  

 

9. The task has now been responded to and is pending approval
