[Insights Center](https://help.inspectly.com/en/guides-for-use-and-setup?hsLang=en#insights-center) # Create a report for registrations based on responses In this article, you will find a guide on how to generate a report for registrations based on responses. ### **What is a report of registrations based on responses?** Reports of registrations distributed by response help project managers and quality managers to: - Improve the quality of your work by examining your internal processes through users’ responses to specific questions in a Checklist. - Narrow down your report to specific questions in a Checklist and select relevant responses for that purpose. - Get an overview of the relationship between different questions and their responses in a checklist. For example, you can filter questions related to the receiving inspection of materials and compare them with questions about the assembly quality of those same materials. You can clearly see how different responses are distributed, making it easy to identify patterns and correlations between various questions.
